Today we visited the Bali Life Street Kids Center in Denpasar. This inspiring project consists of two programs: it provides school education for street kids in Bali so that these kids can break the cycle of poverty and have a brighter future. And it also supports their mums by teaching them new skills, so that they don’t depend anymore on the money their kids make begging on the streets.

After class all the kids enjoy a nourishing meal together. There is always enough food for second and for third servings. No kid, who is part of this program has to experience hunger anymore. We couldn’t believe it, but after lunch all the kids happily cleaned their own dishes.

Wow, props to all these courageous women, who refuse to give up on life. Thank you for giving us such a warm welcome. And thank you @balilifefoundation for showing us your wonderful project today.
